Chia Chiang Tan is Director, Counterparty Model Risk Management at Bank of America.

Benoît joined Terumo Europe in 2018 as Tax & Treasury Manager for EMEA region. He is responsible for all aspect of Treasury including liquidity management, risk, as well as cash management strategy. In this role, she is responsible for leading the Liquidity & Cash Management sales force serving the needs of Commercial Banking clients in the U.S.
Dorothy has more than 25 years of banking industry experience. She has held treasury leadership positions with Capital One and JP Morgan Chase. At Capital One, Dorothy was Senior Vice President and Head of Treasury Sales, where she focused on aligning the structure of the team with the strategic direction of the commercial and business banking group. Dorothy held a variety of positions with JP Morgan Chase, including Managing Director for Treasury Services and Industry Sales Head – Multinational Corporate Team. She began her banking career in branch management and personal banking roles. She is credit trained and also worked several years as a commercial banker.
Dorothy holds a B.A. in economics from Saint Anselm College, and is a past member of the college’s Board of Trustees. She also was a sitting member for both the Executive and Investment Committees.

Sumit Sharma is a senior Treasury professional with experience of developing and managing Treasury teams. With experience in strategic planning & business partnering and related change management throughout his career. Has worked for some of the known global corporates, and a public sector organisation.
Currently, leading Treasury at NTT Data EMEA out of London, UK. In addition to cash management, risk, funding, trading, his team also well engages with the group entities on working capital optimization, trade instruments, M&A, etc.
My current role is Head of Payments, Product Management for EMEA. I’m responsible for payable and receivable products (Payments, VAM, tFX etc.) in the region. In this capacity I have initiated our industry engagement, this is focused on identifying opportunities to partnering, co-create, support and supply software providers and fintech’s. I’m also an active member of a number of fintech / crypto groups outside the bank, in these groups I mentor, provide advice or simply participate.
My career at MUFG started in 2020 in London. Initially I focused on Payments strategy and digitisation, but over the last year this has expanded into broader Transaction banking development and engagement. Previously I held roles at Santander, including as the Heading Direct and Indirect channels (UK), where we designed the International Cash Management channel. Prior to that I have worked for 15yrs focused on FS directly in Banking or as a Consultant across Europe as well as in the Americas and Hong Kong.
I am married, having initially met my wife (Hsiao-hui) at The University of Edinburgh where we were both studying towards an International MBA focusing on Strategy. we have relocated several times before settling in London in 2015. Working internationally and as part of diverse energetic companies has been a great source of joy for me. Travel has always had a strong pull, having a strong curiosity for different cultures, their stories, food and wine has led me to live and work around the world. I am a futurist, so you will always find me tinkering and toying with new gadgets or concepts and then trying to bring these ideas back into the office. My other interests include MMA and Rugby, a sport that I have been involved (watching, playing and coaching) with since I was 6, though this largely as spectator these days.

Michael Aandahl is heading up the digitalization of the Ingka Group (IKEA) treasury function since 2015. He has been instrumental for the whole modernization of the treasury function such as bring all treasury systems on the cloud, introducing robotics, setting up a bulletproof cybersecurity program, work-from-anywhere, AI-based cashflow forecasting, in-house bank, etc. – all contributing to his team being rewarded by industry technology award in 2021. Prior to joining Ingka Michael worked much with new technologies across a number of international companies in several countries gaining a broad understanding of doing business in many different ways across different sectors (energy, manufacturing, IT).
